Finally the celebration was over and we made our way over to the cycling kiosks. This was like the starting of some new adventure. In total, we had 3 double bikes; Sharon and Mark, Me and honey, Felicia and Peiling. While the rest had single bikes. We cycled all the way out of East Coast, up till a road leading to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. We even saw the Changi Airport control tower at the far end of the road over the fence.
Our cycling group was splited into two when the first half cycled too fast. Me and honey, felicia and peiling, Soosoo(as what they called her), and erwin. So we tried to contact the other group and eventually we caught up with them. Once we caught up with them, it was like 90% of the journey completed. We were almost there.
We cycled along the road and later on turned into a corner where some river was flowing. We followed the river's opposite direction and headed down straight, followed by cycling into the tall grasses. We continued cycling till some part where we could not continue and sat down to enjoy the scene.
In total, all of us cycled for a total of 4-5hours.
Saturday ended with tanned arms and having a "just-got-kicked-in-the-butt" kind of pain.
Well, I don't want to elaborate about Sunday though it's also a blast as well. But now I somehow just wish...
