well once again its time to update my blog...

Recently went to Pasir Ris beach with my honey, junjun, yati and rara...it was Yati's birthday that day...i think my honey and jun really did a great job in "organizing" that day...It really pays off when Yati really enjoyed herself..
sad to say, i left my handphone in my honey's house...so no pictures...most of the pictures were taken by Yati...guess it's better so she can keep the memories...

Anyways, it's been quite a while since i quit Andersen's. Kind of missed working..at Marina square that is. My new job is at Pearl Centre, to sell handphones i think... I'm not really that sure, have to wait till this coming sunday.I'm quite nervous and excited for this job....looks interesting. Well...went to Chinese Garden with Jian Li and my honey on Monday. Jian Li is a full timer in Andersen's from china. She actually came to Singapore because of some relationship problems.Anyway,I have some pictures to upload later after I finish blogging.Been boring this few days...now currently spending my holidays looking for jobs with my honey...I guess it's good since now we have more time for each other, not like when we have school and when we're like so busy and all. If my holidays were to continue eternally, it will be good. I bet I will enjoy life like that!! Then I'll go look for a full time job and then enjoy myself with the 1k plus salary that I will have...that is if I have a full time job.

It's 3.36am in the morning. Tired.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

I'm finally FFFFFFFFFFRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Free from Andersen's of Denmark. Well not exactly since they owe me my salary. Really thanks to Noor that I can have yesterday, 14 Sept as my last day in Suntec City. I really cannot stand the favouritism of Siaw Ling.

My working life at Andersen's was only below average when I really enjoyed myself in Marina Square. The thrill of working there during the month of August just bubbles up that I simply want to transfer over. Until when Siaw Ling came into the picture and just have to spoil everything. Seriously, I don't know what is going on on the upper hand but it's really because Chee Kin left as the Operations Manager which gave Devin a chance to go into office.

At first, he sounded as if he really hated Andersen's. But after getting the promotion as cafe operations manager, he totally changed. On the good side, he's doing his job. On the bad side, doing it too inflexible. These are the people that will go according to the book and will not accept any adjustments. These are the people that will bring the downfall of a good company.

On the other hand, the other kind of people; the flexible ones. They are the people that will be appreciated and fun to be with. When I was at Marina Square after Noor came back, he said he wanted to transfer me to Marina Square but he couldn't do it immediately because he said there are eyes looking. So he decided that he will temporarily transfer me over for a period of time and when no one notices i will stay till maybe I'm called back.

So now, the battle between good and evil in a company is called working politics. I always try to understand that there's always a standard procedure to follow for companies like Andersen's where there are alot of outlets and franchises. I mean, if I were the chairman I would definitely want every store to have a standard procedure in handling everyday business so that every customer that go to the different outlet would receive the same treatment. I have seen customers saying that they enjoy some kind of benefit at some outlet but not when I'm serving them. It just seem so unfair for them.
Anyways, it's time to move on with life and start the new job with a fresh new impression of it. Hopefully, I can start my new job next week because I am going to Chinese garden with my honey and Jian Li to Chinese garden to celebrate Mooncake Festival.

I guess it's not really a good idea to update my blog on a saturday...
reason because i got work usually on that day and then followed by a morning shift on sunday...

so for now...the official update-blog day would be wednesday; the middle of the week...

anyway, i gotta go back to study for C maths...
man. probability is sure a pain in the head.

3 types of chinese....

haha...during work today, i figured out that there are 3 types of chinese people;
First. The chinese who speak perfect chinese but know nuts about english, or trying to learn Englihs.
Second, the chinese who speak English quite nicely, but speaks kindergarten chinese.
Finally, the chinese who speaks chinese nice and well but uses the wrong words.

Simply hilarious...

There were 3girls who came in and ordered 3 cafe lattes and a mushroom and steak pie. After ordering and the food was delievered, they called for me and asked about if we had some "jiao tang" (first pronouciation of jiao, third pronouciation of tang). I was like "huh?" Then i went to ask little red(siew hong). She asked little zero(siawling/shallin) and she told me it's church.

logically, I highly doubt that they would want to go to some church or maybe even not possible, look for some church. So i told little red to go ask them what they wanted. Then before she went, i saw one of the girls went to the utensils side and took a fork. After that small red went over, and they said nothing.

After that, when they went over to the cashier to pay for the food they asked about something which i totally do not understand. Luckily little red was nearby...the girl then asked for a "fa piao". And little red asked them to wait while she find the previous bill, print the receipt and gave it to them. She actually commented that she used the wrong word. That girl literally asked for the "fine" ticket instead of a receipt.

Today's work was really tiring. I had headache all day till 930 but came back home feeling totally ok. Maybe it was because i slept on the train...but I feel so disgraced as a singaporean with people like little zero who speaks such lousy english. She's not worthy to be on the step scooping ice-cream for foreigners as well as local people. It's like...it's 100x worse than singlish. No, more like "malaysiaglish". She's really messing up my work life in Andersen's. I just did a few wrongs here and there and she wants me to go dine-in area. Who is she to order me? Team leader? ha. The first page of the communication book states that siaw ling is in charge when noor is not around. Logically, since noor is around, she should be standing aside and let noor be in charge.

I say, she's not worth that position of a team leader. A team leader does not behave the way she behaves nor have that kind of conduct. In fact, if i were Christopher(The CEO of Andersen's i think), I would want all team leaders and above to have at least GCE o level's passes, minimum one pass and English included. Just like macDonald's. Some of the ex-colleagues whom i know in MacDonald's couldnt move up because they have no o levels. But in that case, i believe they highly deserve it, not like that little zero.

It's monday already and there's rope adventure later. Have to reach school at 8...hopefully i wont be late.
