Tormented in sickness...
*changes made due to some complaints...blah..dont know wat happened...wasn't in school....

Didnt go to school for the second day le because of the vommit I had the day before. Could still remember the stupid dream I had. It was some stupid game then all my class peeps joined me in playing..then don't know why dream until a point when xxx* and yyy*(or maybe i really see wrongly?!@.@) taking pictures together then i suddenly feel like vommiting. No, not feel like vommiting...is already preparing to come out le..then at night i quickly run out of my room to the toilet...lucky my toilet is just one door away. If not will be so jialat sia. Then slept the whole day...sleep like lazy pig...never brush teeth, never bathe and never go to school..wished that the aircon was on because it was like so super-hot and im only surviving with the fan.

If im not wrong the last thing that i ate before i throw out was the fries at Tampines macs. YES. those freaky fries. Even my grandmother can see that it was all fries and it was all...one word, yucks.

am off to sleep.

I am selected...a blessing or a disaster?

Yeah...it was a suprise that Sumathi actually told me that if they called me to come down for the general meeting, that means you're in the Student Council. I couldn't believe what I heard. I actually got selected for SC for the first time in my life. No experiences, no leadership qualities. Just me with the willingness to learn, I guess.

Anyway, today's 2nd day of school after the holidays already and I'm so dead because I did not do my PIE assessment at all. Yup, not a single bit and I'm really afraid of what might take place tommorrow during class. Would Ms Wong flare up like last time, only this time not acting? Or would she come expecting that the handing up of assessment would be delayed? Well, for whatever it may be I just hope that she won't come expecting full hand-up of the assignment because I know Johnson has annouced literally that he's not going to do the project anyway. I would just hoped that she would close one eye and let us have a few more day's grace.

Well, just now went to Tampines to check out the Challenger store to buy the PDA stick that I lost. But unfortunately, I went there at 8.45pm and by the time i was on 27 it was already 8.50pm, which means that the shop is closed and I've wasted one trip going there...So unlucky...had i known this would happened I wouldn't have gone.
Don't wish to interupt but this blog post has to come to a stop here...

The laptop came in handy...

Ok I know I'm boasting but it's the truth that is shared by me. I was well-prepared for today because a few days after the CPU was taken out, it was taken away again TODAY. Well now you know why I want to buy a laptop? Yes, it was meant to counter 'attack' those kind of moments where the things that my parents buy can be taken away by them, but not the things that I buy with my own money. No worries though, they knew I was going to buy a laptop because I told them so.

What happened today was my sister left the computer 'switched off' with the monitor screen turned off but the CPU power still running. So my father was complaining that my sister left the computer switched on without using it, leaving the power supply running. Then that little brat argued back and turned things worse. Afterwhich it led to a big rage by my father. He overturned the roller chair and took the base of the chair out, causing crashes and bangs. That, led to a 'timed bomb' explosion. My mother came out screaming about the noise and the fuss made. She said that the computer should be sold so that there won't be any of these problems happening ever again. Well, if you ask me that is way too much to SOLVE A PROBLEM LIKE THIS. I mean, getting rid of the cause of a particular problem is only running away from it. One has to face the problem, solve and overcome it rather than just get rid of the 'thing'.

Then my father interceded and took away the CPU. wala. I hate this. This kind of thing. It's like this family is totally different from others. Other families can spend happy times walking down the park, dining at Swensens, or maybe some grand restaurant during the night. Sometimes I even wonder are they really church leaders called by God? This kind of sucky attitude? Making a fuss out of a small particular thing?

I wish to doubt so but well, it's taking place already.

The worst creature on earth is...Humans.

Yesterday was a terrible saturday. I started the day, woken up at 7:55am but went back to sleep. not long after, my alarm clocks woke me at around 8am plus, all the way to 8:35am and I woke up to go for work.
I took the Macs shirt from my mother's room, and realized that I can't find the pants! So I called the manager to tell them that my uniform is under washing and they offered me another set of uniform. Ok, so I'm supposed to bring down the hat, belt and the badge, wearing berms and normal shirt, Wow. Then at the mini staff room the manager gave me the uniform and I wore it with a t-shirt inside. Sad to say, I didn't notice that the shirt inside was worn on the wrong side. That's unlucky number one. Never mind. I went in, punched in and yes I got offered to work at the lobby station. That's unlucky number 2.
While cleaning up the mess of Rivervale Plaza MacDonald's lobby, I accidentally dropped part of what was leftover on the tray that I was carrying, but lucky I saved a quarter of the half that dropped. Haha. Unlucky number 3.

Fast forward to near end of work. I got to know one friend in Macs. His name is weirong; quite a friendly guy, just that the others say that he's a bit weird and crazy. I was chatting with them near the tap behind when Adrian spotted me 'slacking' while on the way back after buying 'liang teh'. Got screamed at and then rushed back to lobby again. Unlucky number 4.
Finally after punching out and going home and resting for quite some time, my mother asked me to buy pig liver with rice for her. So I left the house again with the intention of buying 3 maple cards. While walking there, I saw a so-called stall selling extinct currencies of Singapore. Looked around the stall, and lo and behold, I saw the extinct banana notes selling $1 per piece. Well, value-less in the past and still value-less in the present and will still remain value-less in the future.Hmm..maybe not so? who knows. And as I was about to leave, the shoe that I was wearing spoilt.

Right at the very spot, The u-shaped thing that is supposed to act as a cover broke off and wa la, UNLUCKY NUMBER 5!!! WOW!!! 5times already in a day. Never mind about this, I dragged my feet up the escalator and while doing so called back home to send for reinforcement to be sent down; asked my sister to bring another set of slippers out. While I was doing the dragging style slackingly on the phone, someone from behind called my name. Jessica's friend, Lijun and hi-ya-ti(sp?) must have saw me. What humiliation it was. Haha. and consider that unlucky number 6.

I had this in mind when I was working at Macs yesterday morning. And I shall execute my plan.
I, Gabriel Wu, hereby swear that I will never ever ever work MacDonald's in the morning ever again. If I do so, I shall destroy my beloved laptop.

Sign, gAb.

3G Splash competition...

Yeap...by the looks of it, it is a competition that i'm taking part together with two of my other team-mates/friends. Man this competition is cool! Mobile game designing via programming...this is way too cool. Yesterday went back to school(finally after quite some time) for some java remidial. I was bold and daring enough to place my laptop in the locker...because it was burdening my shoulder. Mr Adam was mentioning bits and pieces of the splash and robocode competition...which I happened to join both initially, until I figured out that it was too much for me to handle. I wanted to learn about the codes behind the robo as well as to master the skill of programming with codes, and yet at the same time learn about game programming...both can say it's my interests. In the end I still quit robocode because I was really into making a mobile game. Imagine a mobile game you saw on the internet featured by Singtel was created by me and my friends, you can easily call me/us the GM of the game...
(GM=game master). Wow...what a status for it...hehe..

Anyways, recently was trying to look for a job and a friend of mine was introducing this $100 job posted on the newspaper. So I thought since it was $100 per day, why not? So we went to the place yesterday, filled up some interview forms and waited for 7mins when she asked us to give her 5mins. I was really pissed off already, but still I gave her chance because she was after all a busy woman and most likely the boss of the whole cohort of workers. So this job was actually wanting us to work as outdoor surveyors and we're paid for every successful survey given..each piece is $2 bucks...so 50 pieces can get $100, and if 1-2 people goes for the exhitbition promoted by the sponsors for the survey, we'll get extra $15 as bonus, but it'll usually be at 5-15% of chance. So for me, most likely I would target those teenagers and young working adults. Working adults would be too caught up with time. Like if I were to stop someone in City Hall MRT station for a survey in the morning...haha...no one would.

But I'm not really confident to do this job actually, in fact I was just influenced by my friend to join this job reluctantly, since I still have my MacDonalds job.

That's just one part for it. The other part is that I got PIE project unfinished, and it's due on next wednesday and I got the Splash competition thingy going on as well.So I'm getting myself busy even though I am on holiday. I really have to decide if I really want to carry on the macdonald's job because it totally can't fit my schooling schedule...unless they allow me to pause and come back during the next holiday...but thinking from a manager's point of view, I think it's a no no.
That's all for today...expect a new blog skin too!

54Mbps, connection signal is weak, but still wished I can try it...though I have a feeling that it might d/c quite a number of times..

@@My laptop cover is dirty@@

The funniest day in PI0604K...
*for the sake of privacy, no names will be stated.

I can boldly and proudly say that today might just be one of the best days for my class. It's so full of laughter and fun...at least in my opinion...

First, it was adeline's birthday...Then we were all at the billiard centre, and we sang her a birthday song..haha..quite paiseh for her though but well...that kind of feeling that your classmates are singing you a birthday song for your birthday...it's quite a nice feeling..

Then before that we had breakfast cum lunch together at cafe 1. They were all talking about w and a kissing each other some time ago. Haha...I find it quite funny than disgusting...they are after all girls...Then another one, our snow white was so traumatized by what they were doing. So then, whay did a and w do to snow white?
Threaten to kiss her as well...in a way or so.(cant find the correct word). Then she was there screaming all the way..covering her mouth and cheeks...Omigosh. The scene was so hilarious...there's more to come also...

Back to the billard centre...as we all know pool is usually played with 2people so the rest who were waiting to play were just bored and restless...Then some of them went to the other side to play soccer in those kind of machines..Then we gathered over there to watch the mini-match. Well, the funny thing was our snow white's reaction...she was so excited about the game that whenever the ball was about to get into the goalpost, she would scream. Not in those high pitched type, but those...i call it the "o-mouth scream"...and it was super funny...then we made fun of her screams and inmitated her as well. Best of all, w tried to make her stop screaming by saying,"if you are going to scream again i'll kiss you."

And we all laughed. She did tried to control herself during the game, but somehow still managed to scream a little...haha. The funny part was when she tried to scream, but remembering the fact that she might get kissed, she stopped screaming gradually...LOL!
Well, thats the fact...MY CLASS ROX! :D
